Rancho Colus Apartments (New Build)

FEATURED  COMMUNITY: Rancho Colus, is the newest major affordable housing development in Colusa County. The community includes 49 units (1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartments) and serves working adults, families, and residents with special needs. The development accepts housing vouchers and is Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) complex that helps people exiting homelessness through referrals from Health and Human Services or Behavioral Health. The grounds are impressive and well-maintained. We know 5 people living here. 2 were formally unhoused and are thriving now. 

Colusa Garden Apartments (Revitalized)

Status: Has undergone major revitalization and continues to undergo renovation

FEATURED COMMUNITY: Colusa Garden Apartments is a long-standing subsidized affordable housing community in Colusa. The property offers 1 and 2 bedroom units and recently completed a major revitalization project and continues to undergo improvements.

This is a USDA Section 515 Rural Housing complex with 96 units that offers a subsidized rate of 30% to those who qualify. This is a close-knit rental community that is pet friendly, and has many residents who have enjoyed living at Colusa Garden's for 10 years or more. Well kept grounds and great on-site management make this a wonderful place to live. 

 

This unique community is part of The Michaels Organization; the nation’s largest private sector owner of affordable housing and one of the country’s most active affordable housing developers and managers. We highly recommend applying for tenancy and know over 15 people who live here.

Outstanding feedback. Pet friendly. Many happy renters and friends of Colusa County Recovery live here. Complex features large 1 and 2 bedroom apartments.

Devonshire Apartments

Address: 1431 Wescott Rd, Colusa, CA 95932

Nice interior set-up on 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartments, but complaints about on-site management are on-going.  Grounds are well kept. Small pets are allowed.

Del Rey Apartments

Address: 195 E Carson St, Colusa, CA 95932.

Well managed community with playground. Positive feedback. Has a  one year + wait list. Mostly Hispanic community. Friendly place to live.  1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartments.

Frank Jaconetti Manor Affordable Senior Apartments

232 E. Carson Street, Colusa, CA 95932

Close to shopping and local support services. Units are small but cozy. We know three seniors living here. Two have pets. Positive feedback from all three. Studio and 1 bedroom apartments offered. 

Riverbend Apartments 

Address: 325 Main St, Colusa, CA 95932

Studio units and one-bedroom apartments. Older but well maintained. Quiet.

 

Williams

Stony Creek Apartments/ Senior Living

Address: 501 Marguerite St, Williams, CA 95987

Stylish units. 1 and 2 bedroom apartment complex with a pool. Complaints about gossiping neighbors on-going. Feedback is mixed.

Pinewood Court Apartments

Address: 600 6th St, Williams, CA 95987

Nice community. Well-kept grounds. Good looking units. Positive feedback.  1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartments available.

Green Valley Homes: 2,3, 4 Bedrooms

Address: 1031 Silverleaf Ln, Williams, CA 95987

Newer construction: Green Valley Homes is a low income housing subsidized by the federal governments HUD (Housing and Urban Development Division). Good feedback. Safe community.

Northview Senior Apartments  (New Build)

745 Eighth Street, William, CA 95987 

This is listed as a  31-unit affordable housing development designed for seniors aged 62 and older. Developed by the Community Housing Improvement Program (CHIP) and the Regional Housing Authority, it offers affordable rental units. NOTE: We  are unable to review this property. We don't know anyone living here.

Arbuckle

Alexander Center Apartments

Address: 901 Gail Ave, Arbuckle, CA 95912

Modest low-income property with good sized units. Responsive on-site management. A few A/C complaints but over-all good feedback.  1-, 2-, 3-, and 4-bedroom apartments.

Creekview Apartments

Address: 1070 Almond Ave, Arbuckle, CA 95912

Good sized  1-, 2-, 3-, and 4-bedroom apartments. Mostly positive feedback. Well-kept grounds. This complex features a basketball court, laundry room, and covered parking.​
